Zero Point Indicator
A laser point indicator that allows a machine operator to precisely position the jet at a work piece Zero-point location. The laser beam is activated from the HMI and using the joystick you quick and easy move the axis into selected position to set the Zero-point.
Work Piece Indicator
The Workpiece Indicator System is used to indicate (locate) the exact position of various geometries. This is very useful for various job- and fixture set-ups. The workpiece indicator system includes a RENISHAW touch probe combined with an intuitive work interface in the PanelOne HMI (control system). The work interface consists of multiple macros for various geometries or combinations of geometries.
Handy Operator Panel
The Handy Operator Panel (HOP) is an portable operator panel with manual functions and zero point assignment functions. The HOP panel includes an additional emergency stop for the cutting station. The HOP is standard equipment for waterjet cutting machines over three meters in length with multiple cutting units.
Quick Clamping Device
A small handle that easy and quickly fix the material to the cutting table.
Quick Water Level Adjustment
Quick Level Adjustment is for under water cutting and for special work fixture cutting. The water level is raised or lowered from the PanelOne HMI.
Zone Divided Worktable
A zone divided work table can be used for Grand machines from six meters and longer. The machine work table is divided into two zones; one cutting zone, and one open zone for safe unloading and loading. Let the machine operate at the same time as preparing for the next job for increased machine uptime.
SMS Alert System
Enables you to use your cell phone as a remote control. Get status alarms and send basic commands to the machine. Ideal for unmanned operations, lights out operation and instant fault reporting.
Cooling Unit
The cooling unit is pre-set to cool the hardware inside the control cabinet if the temperature inside is reaching over 35°C. It is a closed system to prevent any particles to get into the control cabinet. It is a maintenance free and nano-coated condenser.
