Cutting accessories
Collision Sensor
A collision sensor is mounted directly onto the nozzle and protects the nozzle when cutting in 2D. If a collision between the sensor and material takes place both the water and sand supply will be terminated immediately as well as the machine instantly going into feed hold.
Head Protection Package
A package including a Zero Point indicator and a Collision Sensor.
Height Sensor
A Height Sensor will maintain a safe cutting height if there are height variations in the work material. There are three different working modes with alternative settings to fit different production conditions.
Drilling Unit
The drilling unit is used for drilling start holes in the material instead of waterjet piercing. This is recommended where normal piercing could cause delimitation in the material.
Jet Pen Marker
The JET PEN is a contactless marking system for text, numbers and lines. It is integrated in the CAD/CAM system and works for porous and non-porous surfaces. Various colors of pigmented inks as well as UV inks are available.
Turning Device
The turning device is a versitile pipe or tube cutting system. The system is basically a chuck mounted inside the water tank, syncronized with the cutting tool and PanelOne HMI. It is detachable to optimize cutting area and available in a wide range of diameters.
