The WJS Support Agreement
Unlimited telephone support and immediate access via WJS Hotline and TeamViewer. You get emergency assistance for immediate trouble-shooting, advice for best practice or guidance for prevention of future problems.
The WJS Preventive Maintenance Agreement
We plan for your regular service sessions and visit you when service is due – i.e. after 3 000 hours or once annually. This service concept is available only to customers using original WJS parts.
