PanelOne® with Edgecut 3
A modern interface for more efficient cutting
Great interest in the new Edgecut 3 at the Blechexpo 2025 trade fair in Stuttgart this October.
We are now launching the next generation of PanelOne®, equipped with our new, modern HMI, Edgecut 3.
Easy to use
When we first developed PanelOne®, our goal was to make it easy to learn and efficient to use, even for the most complex cutting jobs. Designed with an intuitive touchscreen and joystick, instead of a traditional keyboard.
More than 30 improvements
The new version of our user interface is built on Microsoft .NET, making it more future-proof and easier to further develop. Edgecut 3 includes more than 30 new features and improvements, and several previous plug-ins are now included as standard.
Examples of new features in Edgecut 3:
- DNC mode enables large programs and faster start-up
- Extended preview, e.g. for rapid movements, cutting times, tool display, and part size
- Graphics showing tool paths for all individual cutting heads and visualization of 3D programs
- Visual block search – make your search by clicking directly on the screen
- A completely new maintenance page for updates, notes, parameters, diagnostics, macros, and history
- Different color themes for adaptation to varying lighting conditions
- Automatic email notifications in case of errors – replacing the previous SMS service
It’s the same familiar user experience, but with new features that make cutting even easier. With Edgecut 3, you also get improved support for IGEMS’ new postprocessor, REV_2.

Upgrade to Edgecut 3
All new machines are now delivered with Edgecut 3. For existing machines, we offer upgrade packages.
If your machine has PanelOne® and a computer running at least Windows 10, it’s enough just to install the new software. If the machine is older, we will also need to update hardware.
