Beveljet
Our innovative cutting head option, available on one or two cutting heads on almost all standard machines. This provides the ideal solution for 3D cutting, bevel cutting and automatic taper control.
5 Axis System
Advanced 5 Axis cutting is available with our NC3500 and NC4000 range configured with single or twin 3D cutting heads. A choice of Y axis length up to 6200mm and Z axis (vertical movement) is also available.
NC 4000 Duplex
Equipped (as standard) with 2 high performance individual cutting heads, the NC4000 has fully controlled CNC movement between the heads, with linear motors. The NC4000 is a highly productive platform and available in lengths from 2m to 18m.
NC 3000 & 4000B
Our standard machine provides a 3m x 1.5m table equipped with a beam, allowing the fitting of up to 12 additional high performance cutting heads. Ideal for both abrasive & pure water applications.
Duplex, Triple & Quad
Using standard table sizes equipped with up to 4 individual cutting heads – all with separate height control -and table width up to 4000mm and lengths of up to 18000mm.
Change Table NC 3000 & 4000
Available in sizes 3000mm & 4000mm – for optimum productivity on short cycle time cutting. The NC3015 CT (shown) includes 10 cutting heads and 2 drilling heads.
Finecut
Our new, state-of-the-art, Finecut waterjet technology. A compact fully integrated waterjet micro- abrasive machining centre with interactive HMI software. Allows you to cut extra small parts within a fully encapsulated safety cover.
